The Coach Drivers’ Club team will once again be attending Coach & Bus UK (CBUK) – the free-to-attend domestic showcase for the coach, bus and mini-vehicle sectors.
Held at the NEC in Birmingham on 4-5 October, almost 200 of the industry’s leading suppliers will be displaying the very latest vehicles, technology and service innovations. So come along and view the vehicles that you could one day be driving and be in the know of all the latest goings on in the industry you work in.
The team will be on stand N60 ready to welcome new and current members. Light refreshments and seating areas will be provided and members will have a chance to renew their membership if it is due.
Says CDC Membership Executive Beverley Lunn: “The show is a great place for coach drivers to come together, meet the CDC team, and enjoy a drink or two.
“We will be on stand N60 and look forward to saying hello to existing members and signing up new ones.”
Also this year, Fieldfisher Associate Solicitor Elliott Kenton (pictured) will be on hand at the CDC stand on 5 October to answer any member’s legal queries.
Says Elliott: “My particular expertise is in relation to road transport and I have advised and represented clients at Preliminary Hearings and Public Inquiries before the Traffic Commissioner.
“I also have experience in providing transport advice to clients in relation to their operations, and I am a member of road transport industry bodies, contributing to articles published in road transport literature.”
